By signing up to become a member of Secret Garden Family Farms, Inc. (SGFF) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

What do I get for my purchase?

You get a hand packed carton of seasonal fresh fruits and veggies in the size you designate along with any special items, delivered on the day, time and pick up location selected . The current price for the Standard Pak is $24.86, the Family Pak is $39.86, and each special item is priced individually.

What is the Fresh Pak container deposit?

When you initially sign up and become a member you will be charged a one time deposit in the amount of $19.50 on the reusable Fresh Pak container.

Can the price of the Fresh Paks or Special Items change through the year?

Yes. Weather, market fluctuations and product availability can cause price changes. If there is a price change you will be notified by email and it will also be posted on the SGFF Website on the Wednesday prior to the Monday cutoff. All prices for special items and our two  Fresh Paks are posted on our Products page.

How and when will my credit/debit card be charged?

 The charge for your produce, and any special items that you have purchased  will be charged Monday at  9:00 am for deliveries that week.

• INVOICE -Your invoice is available any time from the members area showing the Fresh Pak you selected and a list of any special items you have purchased with that order.The invoice will show the total amount charged to your credit/debit card and it will include the delivery date and location.  To view your invoice, log in to the member's area, select 'History', then select 'View' for the appropriate invoice.
• Refunds - We do not issue refunds unless the credit/debit card charge was the result of a Website processing error.  If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, follow the instructions under our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - Replacement Policy.
   
• Changes or Cancellations - Changes or cancellations must be made prior to 8:30 am Monday for any week you have a scheduled delivery. Any unclaimed orders will be donated to Foster Families of Kern County or another Charitable use.
   
• Online ordering - All orders must be placed online through our secure Website. No money or other form of payment will be accepted at the delivery site locations.
   
• Orders, Running Orders and Recurring Credit/Debit Card Charges - You may design your order to be a "Running Order". A running order is automatically renewed until changed or cancelled.Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged each week on Monday at 9:00 am prior to your scheduled delivery that week.
   
  Our ordering process and Website functionality have been designed to provide you with the maximum amount of security, convenience, and flexibility. We want your sign up and ordering experience to be as simple and easy as your produce will be fresh and delicious. We are always open to new ideas on how to improve our Website and ordering process. • 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - We make every effort to insure that the produce placed in your Fresh Pak container each week is the best quality available. Please "Contact Us" via email and we will gladly replace any items that are not acceptable.
  On your next scheduled delivery day we will add an additional item to your current order as a replacement.
